A tipped semi truck blocked the left lane of U.S. 151 northbound near Monticello this morning. According to the Jones County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened a little after 6 a.m. between County Road D65 and IA 136, about 2 miles north of Monticello. The crash is believed to be due to the windy weather conditions this morning. There were no injures.
