Visitation will be held 2 – 7 p.m. Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Kramer-Morris Funeral Home in Dyersville, Iowa. Visitation will continue from 9 – 10 a.m. at the funeral home prior to funeral services.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026, at St. Francis Xavier Basilica, Dyersville, Iowa with Rev. Mark Osterhaus presiding followed by burial in the church cemetery.

Riley M. Pfeiler, 29, of Holy Cross died by suicide on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 - 7:00 pm on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Kramer-Morris Funeral Home in Dyersville. Visitation will continue Monday from 8:45 am – 9:45 am at the funeral home.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Holy Cross. Committal prayers will follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Tyler Raymond will officiate with Rev. Carl Ries concelebrating. Deacon Mark Otting will assist.
