One person was airlifted after a UTV rollover accident in Linn County Saturday. A news release from the Linn County Sheriff's department states that at about 7:35 PM, Linn County Deputies and emergency crews responded to a personal injury motor vehicle accident at 3869 North Center Point Road, South of Center Point. The release states that a 2025 Polaris UTV driven by 60-year-old Danny Perrin, of Center Point had rolled in a field. Perrin and one passenger were uninjured. A second passenger was taken by Lifeguard Air Ambulance to University of Iowa Hospitals for what are believed to be life threatening injuries. The name of the injured passenger is being withheld pending notification of family. The accident remains under investigation.
