One person was injured in a motorcycle accident near Coggon Saturday. At about 2:05 PM, Linn County Sheriff Deputies and emergency crews responded to to a motorcycle accident at Coggon Rd at Dix Road. A news release states that a 2018 Harley Davidson Motorcycle was being driven West on Coggon Road when the rider lost control, entered the north ditch and hit a ditch culvert. The rider was transported to St Lukes Hospital by Center Point Ambulance for what are believed to be minor injuries. The accident remains under investigation by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
