One Injured in 3-Vehicle Accident near Manchester

One person suffered minor injuries in a 3-vehicle accident South of Manchester. According to a crash report from the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, Thursday April 9, 34-year-old Jordan Imoehl was stopping facing north on Hwy 13 at Highway 20 waiting for oncoming traffic to turn left (west) onto the Highway 20 westbound ramp. 45-year-old Shalean Kuhn of Urbana, was stopped facing north behind Imoehl, waiting for him to turn, so she could continue north on Hwy 13. The release states that 42-year-old Jennifer Armstrong was traveling north on Hwy 13 and rear-ended Kuhn and Kuhn then rear-ended Imoehl. Armstrong stated she thought Imoehl had already turned west as she approached Kuhn, so she attempted to drive around her on the passenger side. Armstrong also stated she was looking down for something when the crash occurred. Armstrong was cited for failure to provide proof of financial responsibility and following too close. Armstrong and Imoehl were not injured. Kuhn experienced neck pain and was transported by ambulance to RMC. The report states that Kuhn did not have any fractures, but she is now experiencing mobility issues with her neck and back.
