Fresh off the Twins loss to the Phillies in Dyersville Thursday, MLB has already announced the teams that will play at the Field of Dreams next summer. Major League Baseball announced Friday that the Kansas City Royals and the Boston Red Sox will face off at the field on Thursday, August 12. The game will be broadcast nationally by NBC Sports. The Royals will serve as the home team, with the game breaking up the two teams’ three-game series in Kansas City that weekend.
