A Manchester man was taken to a hospital after a crash Tuesday. According to a crash report from the Delaware County Sheriff's Department, 57-year-old Michael Reth of Manchester, was driving north on Jefferson Road at about 9 AM, when 64-year-old David Hermsen, of Dyersville, pulled out of a job site to turn north on Jefferson Road, hitting Reth's vehicle. The impact caused Reth's semi to enter the ditch. Reth was transported by EMS to Regional Medical Center. Hermsen was cited with failure to yield upon making a left turn.
