A local car club once again held a car show Labor Day weekend to benefit the Worthington Volunteer Fire Department. The Pushrods Car Club holds an annual car show the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. This year's show drew over 130 cars to downtown Worthington, Saturday. The show features cars, trucks, motorcycles, a swap meet and has a large raffle and 50/50 drawing, with all proceeds going to the fire department. This year, the club awarded the department with $11,500. Last year, the show raised $9,700 for the fire depatment. The Pushrods 2027 show will be held on Saturday, September 4th.
