Jackson County No Longer Under Burn Ban

Jackson County is no longer under a burn ban. The legal burning of trash, farmland, pastures and other rural areas is again allowed. The ban was lifted Saturday by proclamation of Iowa State Fire Marshal Dan Wood.The ban went into effect March 12.
