The Dyersville City Council will meet on Monday May 19th to possibly approve a Development Agreement between the City and Dyersville Hotel Investors, LLC in connection with the construction of a new hotel in the Dyersville Economic Development District. The location of the proposed hotel would be in Westridge Estates, 12th Addition. The agreement would provide for financial incentives in the form of incremental property tax payments to the Developer in a total amount not to exceed two-million, two-hundred thousand dollars. At the meeting, the City Council will receive oral or written objections from residents or property owners in the City. The meeting will take place at 6 pm.
