A Dubuque Man faces multiple charges after a recent traffic stop in Garnavillo. According to an arrest report from the Clayton County Sheriff's Office, August 4 at about 1:00 a.m., 46-year-old Michael Mastin of Dubuque, was pulled over on Centre Street near Monroe Street in Garnavillo for a registration violation. During the stop, a search was conducted of Mastin's vehicle. The investigation led to his arrest on charges of driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of prescription drugs, possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, failure to provide proof of financial liability, and failure to display registration plates.
