A Dubuque man has been arrested and faces a number of charges including first degree theft, third degree burglary, and second degree criminal mischief in connection with a theft from a residence near Peosta last month. The Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department says they were alerted to the theft from the residence on Clear View Heights on March 30th. Following their investigation, 31-year old Ryan Humphreys is accused of entering the unlocked garage of the residence and then taking over $10-thousand dollars in property. Authorities say 36-hundred in damage was also done.
