Charges are pending against a Marion man after he was involved in a wrong way collision on Highway 151 early Sunday, that injured himself and two others. According to a news release, about 4:50 am, Linn County Deputies, Marion Police, Marion Fire and Area Ambulance responded to a personal injury accident on Hwy 151 near Jordans Grove Road. The release states a vehicle driven by 24-year-old Jacob Hungate of Marion, was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of Hwy 151 near Jordans Grove Road when he struck a northbound vehicle, driven by 18-year-old Haylee Bowser of Anamosa, head on. A passenger in Bowsers vehicle was identified as 18-year-old Lily Mathis, of Cedar Rapids. All three individuals were transported by Area Ambulance to local hospitals for what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
