A Bellevue man was injured in a two vehicle accident in Delaware County. According to an accident report from the Delaware County Sheriff's Department, 30-year-old James Wyatt of Dubuque was leaving a private driveway at 247th Avenue in a Chevy cargo van just after 7 PM Tuesday June 2. Upon leaving the driveway, he pulled into the path of a westbound Ram 2500, driven by 42-year-old Brian LeClaire of Hopkinton. Wyatt's van struck the driver's side of LeClaire's truck, causing the truck to enter the North ditch and roll on it's side. Both vehicles suffered severe damage and a passenger in Wyatt's van, 28-year-old Coty Stanley of Bellevue was ejected through a side door of the van. Stanley was transported by ambulance to Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. Wyatt was charged with failure to yield.
