An Anamosa man pleads guilty to homicide by vehicle and OWI charges Wednesday. Police say Zachary Twachtmann, 34, was involved in a deadly crash on February 7th, 2023 when he was driving south on Springville Road and crashed into a vehicle driving the opposite way. The person in the other vehicle was identified at 46-year-old Dylan Vascik of Springville. He died in the crash. A female passenger in Twachtmann's car was also injured and taken to the hospital. A sentencing date has not been set yet.
