One person was injured when a vehicle rear ended a semi, then rolled on Highway 13 in Linn County. According to the Linn County Sheriff's Department, just after 10:20 PM, deputies and emergency crews responded to an accident on Highway 13 at Austin Road. A news release states that a Chevy Equinox operated by 21-year-old Oliver Burns of Robins rear ended a Freightliner straight truck, operated by 69-year-old David Martin of Springville. Burns vehicle then rolled, coming to rest on it’s top in the northbound lanes. Burns was transported to Mercy Hospital for what are believed to be minor injuries. Martin and a passenger were uninjured. The accident remains under investigation.
