Dyersville Commercial Club Park has announced it has been awarded a $15,000 DRA Core Grant from the Dubuque Racing Association. The grant will support a comprehensive design and master planning project for the park. A news release says the funding will allow the organization to partner with a professional planning and design consultant to evaluate current facilities, community use, safety and accessibility considerations, and long-term opportunities for growth. As part of the planning process, Commercial Club Park will conduct a community survey to gather input from residents, park users, and local stakeholders. The release says feedback collected through the survey will help guide future improvements, amenities, and long term vision for the park.
