A man from New York City was arrested in Delaware County after agreeing to meet with an undercover deputy posing as a 15-year-old boy. Court documents state that 60-year-old Dean Deutmeyer of New York, contacted the undercover deputy through a dating app, expressing an interest in committing a sex act and sending an explicit photograph of himself to the deputy. Deutmeyer continued to discuss committing a sex act with the deputy even after the deputy disclosed that he was 15 years old and agreed to meet the undercover deputy at a previously disclosed location. Deutmeyer was arrested September 10 in Manchester on charges of grooming, enticing a minor under age 16 and interference with official acts.
