A Waukon woman faces multiple charges after being found driving with a suspended license early Saturday in Garnavillo. A news release states that 2:10 a.m., a Garnavillo police officer observed a vehicle exceeding the posted speed limit on Main Street. After a registration check and subsequent traffic stop, it was determined that the revoked registered owner was the driver. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted based off of the odor of marijuana and a controlled substance was located. The release states the driver, 24-year-old Jazmin Luna of Waukon was arrested andcharged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense, Driving While Revoked, Failure to File SR-22 Insurance, No Valid Insurance, and Speeding.
