A Durango woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Dubuque Wednesday. A Dubuque Police Department crash report states that a vehicle driven by 17-year-old Wesley Rainer Jr., of Dubuque, was traveling north in the right lane of White Street near East 17th Street at approximately 8:40 p.m. Wednesday when he attempted to change lanes and struck a vehicle driven by 41-year-old Angela Healey’s vehicle, which was traveling north on White in the left lane. According to the report, Healey was transported by private vehicle to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment of her injuries. Rainer was cited with improper use of lanes, and Healey was cited with failure to provide proof of financial liability.
