Manchester police have made another arrest in a continuing undercover grooming investigation. According to a press release from the Manchester Police Department, 59-year-old Donald Linkous of Anamosa, traveled to meet an undercover officer for sexual acts. The undercover officer was posing as a 15-year-old minor and Linkous sent nude photographs and videos to the undercover officer. Linkous was arrested Saturday in Manchester on charges of enticing a minor under age 16, grooming and disseminating obscene material to a minor. Five other people were previously arrested on charges related to initiating sexual conversation with an undercover officer.
