The Jackson County Fair has announced the country music headliner for 2026. Dylan Scott, a star with multiple Number 1 hits will perform August 1st at the county fairgrounds in Maquoketa, with special guest Ashley Cooke. Four of Scott’s songs have reached the top spot on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart — “My Girl,” “New Truck,” “Can’t Have Mine” and “This Town’s Been Too Good to Us.” Cooke won a CMT Award for breakthrough female video of the year in 2024 and has been nominated twice for Academy of Country Music’s new female artist of the year.
