A 15-year-old male from Dubuque has died following a shooting in Dubuque Monday night. The Dubuque Police Department says the shooting happened just before 10 p.m. in an alley between West Locust and Almond Streets. The department says one person opened fire and multiple people ran away. The victim was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police say initial investigation indicated that those involved knew each other and got into a disturbance before the shooting. They also said it appears to be an isolated incident. No arrests have been made. The incident is still under investigation.
